DELIVERY
Delivery within Kyiv: Delivery is carried out using our partner delivery service, Uklon Delivery, or others.
Delivery is available within the coverage zones of the Uklon Delivery service in Kyiv. The delivery cost is calculated according to Uklon Delivery rates and can be either included in the order total or paid separately.
Orders are accepted from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 17:30 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:30 are shipped the next day. Orders placed after 17:30 on Friday or on weekends are shipped on Monday starting at 09:00.

Orders can be picked up from our office by prior arrangement:

RETURNS
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
The Buyer has the right to reject the Goods or demand their replacement only in case of detecting improper quality (spoiled product, damaged packaging) directly at the moment of receiving the order from the courier.
