DELIVERY
Delivery in Kyiv: Delivery is carried out with the involvement of the partner delivery service Uklon Delivery or others. Delivery is available within the coverage areas of the Uklon Delivery service in the city of Kyiv. The delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of the Uklon Delivery service and may be included in the order total or paid separately.
Pick-up (Self-delivery): You can pick up your order yourself from our office: 5 Barenboima St, Kyiv.
RETURNS
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
The Buyer has the right to reject the Goods or demand their replacement only in case of detecting improper quality (spoiled product, damaged packaging) directly at the moment of receiving the order from the courier.
In case of detecting defects or the sale of products of improper quality, the consumer has the right to demand:
